Many celebrities have yachts but one man who has always in the headlines for his lavish lifestyle is Roman Abramovich, the owner of Chelsea Football Club. His yacht includes a cinema, two swimming pools, two helicopter pads, and around 30 cabins. There’s also a mini-submarine and a missile defence system.

The Russian businessman recently sent his yacht Eclipse for a refit, and he’s previously invited the Chelsea team on board. Eclipse is 536ft long and 72.2ft wide, and the ground floor includes a children’s playroom, a beauty salon, a dance floor and a sauna, so he really does have everything covered.

At one point, it was the world’s largest super yacht, but that record has now been broken. That said, Mr Abramovich does have three smaller mega-yachts too, and he may well be giving these interior updates in the near future.
